CFI Maintenance Building

  • This pre-engineered metal building includes 63,000 S.F.   Nearly 1.5 acres of service/repair under roof.
  • The facility provides complete tractor/trailer repair including a tractor shop with a total of 36 service bays including 8 bays with pit style trenches, trailer shop with 6 service bays, 16’ x 90’ down draft paint booth capable of accommodating tractors and trailers, tire repair and alignment shop with 6 service bays, body shop with 11 service bays, parts storage, locker rooms, and office suite.

Cummins Central Power

  • This facility includes insulated pre-cast concrete walls, 20,000 S.F. (1st floor), 5,000 S.F. (2nd floor)
  • Amenities include 12 service bays, 2 compressed natural gas service bays, 10-ton bridge crane, steam room, parts warehouse, service/parts counter, and office suite.
